OPTION ONE:
Pet Cargo
Your puppy will be shipped to an International Airport closest to you where Pet Cargo is available within 6 to 8 weeks (depending on the destination and current weight of the puppy) only when the final payment on your puppy is completed and confirmed.
Transportation cost by Pet Cargo is on us for the following mentioned airports:
LAX, JFK, SEA, LAS, DFW, SFO, MIA, YYZ (CANADA) and YVR (CANADA). FOR ALL OTHER AIRPORT DELIVERIES PLEASE ASK FOR OUR PERSONAL INFLIGHT NANNY SERVICE.
FLIGHT BOOKINGS TO MIAMI INTERNATIONAL (MIA) TAKE LONGER THAN THE 8 WEEK PROCESS DUE TO IT BEING THE BUSIEST FLIGHT WITH A LOWER ACCOMMODATION SPACE. FLIGHT BOOKINGS TO MIA ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
FLIGHTS TO ANY AIRPORT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM THE AIRLINE COMPANY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
WE CAN DELIVER TO DXB (DUBAI), QATAR (DOH) AND KWI (KUWAIT) FOR AN ADDITIONAL $1500 PET CARGO FEE.
An inflight nanny is required if direct Pet Cargo flights are non-available to your city. The inflight nanny cost can vary from a destination to another. The nanny delivery cost to Canada or the US is $1400. We are on the nanny's clock and cannot decide what date we want the puppy delivered. A date that the nanny gives us is subject to change without prior notice.
The Pet Cargo has space in the plane specially designated for pets. This space is safe, pressurized and temperature controlled. There is food and water attached to the crate with food and water access during the flight. Once the flight is booked, you will receive a call from us and from the airline that will be transporting your puppy with full details about the shipping process and how you can pick your puppy at the airline office location. The Pet Cargo option is the most common way we deliver our puppies. All of our past puppies were delivered promptly and we have never experienced any accidents since we started using this delivery method. Unfortunately, we do NOT ship to Australia, South Africa, Hawaii, or India due to the rules and regulations on dog imports for entering these countries. We do not offer Pet Cargo service outside the USA, Canada and Dubai.
OPTION TWO:
Personal Delivery
The Nanny Service will require extra charges depending on the destination and it is necessary for all non-direct flights or for really tiny puppies(1 lb or less) for a safer journey. Puppies that are 1 lb or less can fly at anytime with a nanny once the export papers are ready. It is mandatory to wait until the puppy's weight is at least 1.5- 2 lbs to fly by pet cargo as per airline rules.
One of our caring and competent nannies will take utmost care of your puppy from pick up to delivery. This service can be booked for the puppy to be delivered to any location.
Delivery time depends on the availability of the inflight nanny. Please note that our nannies fly on standby and the time/date of arrival can change without prior notice. Ask us for a quote.
Why does the delivery process take 6-8 weeks?
We deliver an all-encompassing quality service. This is why the health status of all of our puppies are checked by a governmental vet that will sign and certify the puppy’s health certificate, proof of vaccination and export papers. The puppy's weight must be between 1.5 lbs- 2 lbs to fly pet cargo. We can only book the puppy’s flight once the governmental vet has signed and certified the puppy’s export paperwork. By law, a puppy must be 4 months old to travel. Booked flights are subject to change at any given moment. The transportation of a puppy is possible via a third party (airline company), hence we do not have control over any decisions/changes the airline company makes.
Process:
1) Preparation for flight reservation
To submit the flight request, we would need your full name and address as shown on your ID to include on the flight reservation. As a confirmation, we would send you a text or email with an assigned pick up date where you would have to confirm the assigned pick up date of your puppy by replying by ''Yes I confirm''
2) Schedule confirmation
The confirmed flight can take up to a week to be sent to us from the airline. Once we receive the confirmed flight we will forward it to you along with the airway bill (AWB#). Please note that the airline reserves the right to change a confirmed flight even if it's confirmed.
3) Call to confirm
With the provided flight details and airway bill number, you must contact the airline to confirm your puppy's pick up. Please note that the pick up confirmation must be done no later than the next day of receiving the confirmed flight details.
4) Pre-departure health checkup.
We will visit the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency of Korea and obtain final approval for the OK to fly.
5) Pre-departure video and documents
Prior to your puppy boarding the flight, we will send you a last video of your puppy along with all 4 travel documents.
